Online Booking Guide
Create Your Profile - To begin Online Booking, you must create a New Profile. All of the information in your profile is required to book your appointment, and is kept confidential on file with us.
Booking Your Appointment - Once your profile is created, you will be taken to our service selection page where you will choose your service and proceed with your booking. Once you have chosen your service, date and time, it will ask you for your credit card information to secure the booking. This information is required to book your appointment online, however no charges are applied to your card. Please note we have a 24 hour cancellation policy, and if you are unable to make your appointment or need to reschedule, please call our Spa Reservation specialists at 604.542.4772 and they will be happy to assist you. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation of your appointment. If you have any changes to your appointment or you would like to book multiple spa treatments please contact our Spa Reservation Specialists at 604.542.4772.
Medi Spa Treatments - At Casbah Day Spa, we have a range of Medi Spa services such as Laser Hair Removal, Fractional Skin Resurfacing, IPL Photorejuvenation, Accent RF Cellulite and Skin Tightening and EUROWAVE Muscle Toning & Inch Loss. A complimentary Medi Consultation is required prior to your first treatment, and all treatments can be booked by contacting our Spa Reservation specialists at 604.542.4772. RMT Massage - Our RMT Massage treatments are available in 30, 60 or 90 minute sessions and Include a 15 minute assessment prior to your first treatment. To book in with one of our Registered Massage Therapists, please contact our Spa Reservation specialists at 604.542.4772.
